Appointment Cancellation

You have up to 12 hours of your appointment time to cancel with no penalty. If cancelled less than 12 hours of your appointment time, you will be responsible for half of the service. Cancellations less than 2 hours before your appointment you will owe 100%. No Call No Shows are not tolerated and you will be fully responsible for the missed appointment. If you have a package deal and the appointment is missed, it DOES NOT carryover. That missed appointment will count toward your visit limit.

NEW CLIENTS: As a first time client to this establishment, you will be required to pay 100% for your service upfront. When rebooking a payment is not required, but a card is required to be on file. Please note that waxing does have certain side effects such as skin removal, redness, swelling, tenderness, etc. If you are taking accutane it must be at least 1 year of discontinued use before you can wax. Oral antibiotics must wait 7 days since last dose to wax. Retin A, Tazorac and other oral acne medication must be off at least 3 months before waxing.

How to prepare for my brazilian Wax?

Ready to get your first brazilian wax? Here are a few tips and reminders:

  • Make sure you have enough hair (Stop shaving at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment)

  • Exfoliate at most 3 times out of the week to remove dead skin.( exfoliation is also apart of the aftercare routine.)

  • be sure to keep your skin moisturized.
